helpful staff amazing sea old decor musty smell
The staff really impressed me. They were always smiling and ready to help! the hotel had a great location near the beach, and i loved the amazing sea view.
the rooms decor seemed quite old, and they smelled musty. it just wasn't very comfortable or fresh, unfortunately.

The sun bed allocation was excellent. It removed the stress of securing a good spot by the pool. The food options were varied and delicious in all restaurants. Staff members were helpful and polite during my entire stay.
The evening entertainment seemed repetitive. I found it lacked originality. My room was dated. It requires refurbishment to align with a five-star standard.

The hotel provided activities for all ages! The beach was lovely. The American Diner offered quiet meal options. I had a wonderful massage at the spa done by Georgeta. I highly recommend it.
The coffee machine in the room could have been better. It took a long time to brew a cup.

The hotel is about a mile from the harbor. This provides a great opportunity to walk and explore. The hotel is also situated on a flat seafront. It makes accessing the sea outside the hotel easy.

The staff provided cute and helpful services! The staff at the reception were consistently courteous. Housekeeping provided an excellent service by keeping everything clean and tidy in a timely manner.

Excellent Stay with Minor Hiccup
tasty food great variety comfy beds
The food was really good at all restaurants. The all-inclusive package offered a wide variety of really great food options and drink options. The room was spacious and had comfy beds. Most hotel staff were attentive and polite.
The pool bar closes at 6.30pm and you have to be out of the pool then. It is frustrating when the sun is still shining.

spacious rooms kind staff late coffee early closure
The hotel rooms were very spacious (a great surprise, honestly). The food service staff were really kind. Everything felt effortless.
There was nowhere to get a coffee before 10.30 am (i really need my morning coffee). The pool bar closed quite early. It closed at 6.30 pm.
